MadeSimple

Zaniar Ahmadi · Founder

I make software ship safely in places where it can't fail.

I'm Zaniar Ahmadi. Fifteen years across telecoms, insurers, payments and asset managers, and now a Tier-1 global bank, where I architect production AI. MadeSimple is where I do the same work for businesses that can't hire a team like that.

What I did before this

I started in build and release at Vodafone, on an email platform serving a million people. Then a decade of DevOps and cloud across Lloyd's of London, Royal London, Octopus Investments, BP and a payments firm: landing zones, pipelines across thirty-plus applications, deployment times cut by more than ninety percent, and automation that gave engineering and finance teams fifty hours a week back.

At an asset manager I built a data platform from scratch and the first retrieval agent that let research teams ask questions of their data in plain English. Now, inside a Tier-1 global bank, I architect the platform where AI agents own whole workflows. The first one removed 1,200 manual tasks a week and saves around £400k a year.

Before any of that, a master's in biochemical engineering at UCL, which is where I learned that a process you can't measure is a process you can't trust.

Why MadeSimple

AI is the same job with a new tool. The difference between an agent that works and a demo that gets switched off is the discipline underneath: access, testing, review points, monitoring, handover. Banks pay for that discipline. Most businesses can't hire it, and the agencies selling them AI have never had to run it in production.

I would rather be the person who tells you what is worth building, and then builds it properly.

How I work

  • A scoping call, no preparation.

Thirty minutes about one workflow: what happens today, who touches it, and what a good outcome looks like.

  • A straight answer.

Worth building, not worth it, or fix the data first. Most people leave with one decision.

  • Fixed scope and price before anything starts.

Then I build it in production, with review points, an evaluation harness and a handover your own team can run.

  • The least access needed.

Agreed with you first, inside your own environment wherever possible. I never collect more than the job needs.

Bring me the workflow your team dreads.

One free scoping call. A straight answer. Then a fixed scope and price if there's something worth building.
