What I collect
When you get in touch, book through an enabled Calendly calendar, email me, or use a configured messaging link, I collect the information you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, company details, role, and a short description of the project you want to discuss.
How I use it
I use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare for project conversations, provide agreed services, improve the website, and keep basic business records. I do not sell personal data.
Analytics and third parties
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Umami to understand aggregate website usage. When the calendar is enabled, continuing from the details form shares your name, email, phone and note with Calendly to prefill the booking. No separate enquiry is submitted by that form. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Security and retention
I keep access to client and prospect data limited to what is needed for the work. I retain enquiry and project records only for as long as they are useful for responding, delivering services, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
Your choices
You can ask me to update, delete, or provide a copy of information you have shared with me, subject to legal and operational limits. Email z@madesimple.ai with any privacy request.
