From review to handover.

  1. Step 1

    Workflow review

    I map the current process, owner, inputs, tools, exceptions and definition of a good output. The first decision is whether the workflow is ready to automate at all.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and business case

    A useful scope names the first workflow, intended improvement, build risk, data dependencies, approval points and the handover plan. If the value is weak, the recommendation should say so.

  3. Step 3

    Build, test and hand over

    Implementation focuses on the smallest reliable system that removes the bottleneck. Delivery includes operating notes, training and a clear owner so the team can run the workflow after launch.

The useful output

A good engagement should leave the team with a working workflow, clear operating notes, known limits and a simple way to decide what to improve next. The delivery method is intentionally workflow-first because AI only helps when the surrounding process is clear.
